This company has no regard for their paying customers. They lost my car at the Hilton Canopy. After the valet attendant tried several times to locate my Acura I had to go walk the garage to find it. When we did locate the car it was open, windows down and key on with a dead battery. They then jumped my car and resulted in frying some. Electronic components in my car. The contact Will at the time promised to take care of the damages now they have turned it in to their insurance and. Ryan who is now in charge of this is refusing to make it right. I am out over $1600 and they are just blowing me off. Beware of this company they will screw you if they damage your car.

We stayed in Memphis for our anniversary and Guardian Concierge was who Hotel Napoleon contracted with. We only had them park the truck and bring it back when we were checking out. We used their text/email service when time to retrieve our vehicle. Unfortunately the valet did not check his text so we had to physically go ask him to get our vehicle. Not exactly what we were hoping for. When he brought our truck back it had a large dent and scratch in the bumper in the same color paint as the parking garage. So you may be wondering why the 4 star review. We were able to get in touch with the manager immediately who agreed to get with the owner. I expected to get an extreme amount of run around after reading stories about damaged vehicles during valet service. However once they viewed the pictures of the damage and the parking garage and an estimate that I sent them for the damages they agreed to send out a check which was received in a very short amount of time. So what could have been a very frustrating and long process was very simple. I appreciate their willingness to take ownership and pay for the damages after viewing the evidence. And I do understand that accidents do happen.

Inside Job going on there... Stayed at the hotel Napoleon in downtown Memphis. Vehicles are parked over a block away in an unsecured PUBLIC parking lot with no cameras or security monitoring the parking lot. Needles to say 4 vehicles had windows smashed and items stolen. Valet will NOT take any responsibility for their incompetency. Avoid hotel and concierge at all costs!
