CCHS: Frayser Health Center

Dr Rachel, is by far the worst doctor theyve hired. Her lack of concern and care is down right ridiculous. I was insulted and not sent the proper prescription for my care! I normally dont leave reviews but she was so bad I had to and I wouldnt recommend her to see anybody. I am a woman of color and I dont care to speak on race subjects but I most definitely felt this was a factor and she did not take my concerns seriously nor did she care.

I was told, and still believe if you don't have anything good to say, do not say nothing. However, when I'm hurting or being affected negatively, I must speak. The previous post is true about the prescription refill process. There's sometimes a disconnect between the party writing the prescription refills and the pharmacy. I'm not pointing fingers, but I've tried (days) getting my blood pressure medication. I still don't have it. I've made numerous calls from Third street Pharmacy to Frayser, leaving messages, speaking to staff, etc. (Shrugs) I can't fix the problem. I'm not the problem and I'm out of medicine. I'm also possibly going through withdrawals symptoms anyday now. I have over 16 years of healthcare experience. No doubt you're all overwhelmed and possibly exhausted. We all are. Unfortunately, I don't have an answer. I'm getting off of medication some way or another. I can no longer be dependent on a broken system or people.

I'm a patient of CCHS Frayser Bld... I feel the Kiosk is a Very Bad Idea. When you still have to walk to the Front Desk to be asked questions again and to be proven you're physically there. Then why have a Kiosk That's Very Disengaged, No Form Of Effective Communication and Simply Isn't Helping Needed Service Deployed In Good Fate. No APPOINTMENT FOR PRESCRIPTIONS SHOULDN'T BE EVER MADE OR ACCEPTED AFTER 4 PM; WHEN MEDICATIONS ARE VITAL FOR LIFE OR DEATH. When Christ Pharmacy needs appropriate time to receive the ordering from the doctor and to be Recognized On The Pharmacist Record;NO APPOINTMENTS SHOULDN'T BE EVER MADE AFTER 4PM WHEN MEDICATIONS ARE NEEDED. I really appreciate if the Lady who Is The CEO of CCHS Memphis Area would reach out to me. You can't suggest and prescribe medicine for patients; but being Very Careless, Unpredictable and Disorganized when the Patients are Requiring and In Need of Medicine Refills to be Further and Furthering Delayed.
