The therapist are really sweet and timely but this is not a good company to use. One therapist never showed up nor called due to a family emergency, we waiting for most of the day. The company never called me. I called them and they did apologize for our inconvenience. They keep telling me that my family members insurance will not cover more visit and that after evaluating her she can doesnt need any more visit and she does. They do not work well with trying to meet the family and patients needs or goals. The office told me that her visits are based on what the therapist wrote down so I told that to some of the therapist but therapist keep tell me that its based on that her insurance and that her insurance wont cover it. Her insurance says she is covered for unlimited visits. Not good customer service. I spoke with a lady in the office today, she wasnt very helpful, and she tried to tell me everything like she knew our situation and everything that was going on. She was not very caring or compassionate to the situation. She didnt even know the half of the story. I usually dont write reviews. Sadly it seems as though they dont want to come and help my family.. Who really needs the help.

Joseph Lubrico is an Excellent Physical Therapist! With his joyful spirit , He inspires our mother so much to work out. When he arrives and she hear his voice she immediately perks up with a smile! We thank you so much Joseph for all you do!
