Tried to get my work car washed (would never take my personal car here) at 8:30 am on a Tuesday (they open at 8:00). The roll up doors were open and two employees were inside. The employee at the side door where you pay, refused to acknowledge my presence when I drove up. The other employee looked over at me a couple times, but just sat down and looked at her phone. After 4-5 minutes, I got out of my car and tried to open the door, which was locked. I tapped on the door, but the employee at the register still refused to acknowledge. The other employee saw me, but refused to get up from her chair. I walked around to the open roll up doors and asked if they were open. The guy at the register finally acknowledged, "not yet." I guess they needed a while longer to wake up, finish looking at Facebook, and get in the mood to help a customer. On top of all that, apparently they take care of the property about like they take care of their customers. They don't.
