The customer service was poor, but this has been a repetitive occurrence. I try to give people benefit of the doubt. As a business owner, I was appalled by the bad ascetics and the loitering! The inside was quite dusty with cigarette residue, scattered paperwork, and a broken vending machine. It looked as if there was a woman doing an inspection on the business and as she should! I dont consider them to be up to code at all!!! I am a young lady and I did not feel comfortable at the inappropriate comments made towards me by strangers in the presence of the owner! I still had smudges on my car for a $25 job and not to mention this was in a poverty stricken area. I came all the way from my area, skipped over excellent carwashes to come to a poor piss job. I was referred by someone and I like to patronize black businesses, but I will never go back. There was one young man who had half way decent customer service. Do not spend your hard earned money with them!
