Every time I make cash deposit they come short. They are thieves. Do not use them I tried to make a deposit at this place and they told me its short $59 I took my money and went another Suntrust branch exactly from there and they told me it was $162 extra. If you like your money and work hard enough for every penny of it do not use them or at least dont deposit any cash at this place otherwise youll lose it

It is my unfortunate decision to continue to stay loyal to a bank for almost a decade now here in Memphis only to find out did they play Russian Roulette in God all at the same time with your account here's the latest FYI for anybody who is or is not a SunTrust customer upon receiving stimulus checks if your account what's 5 to say $50 in the negative even the day before the $600 stimulus check hit they took it upon themselves to days later to reimburse me what they'd already drafted out of that account to make my account good in current I would not have missed that money in the letter it says 30 days from the day that they decided to do that they will recoup those funds electronically when your on Social Security disability and you get paid once a month most of us don't have money for 3 weeks after we pay our pay. Rent electric and anything else that needs to be done today are no help they cannot explain or have anything to even remotely explain why this Bank does what it does they are the only bank that does this this way and the $36 is going to continue to rack up until I get another deposit on the 17th So Not only was my account good as of January 7th 30 days from the time that they did this unauthorized let's put it back in the man's account so he full utilizes stimulus check only hurts us not helps us so as of February 7th when I woke up I was $79 in a hole that was taken care of back in January and they're going to continue to charge me $36 every 5 days until my direct deposit from SSI hits on the 17th thanks a lot SunTrust worthless Bank
