Dan worked with me on finding some property and eventually saved me from going in too deep on a property that I wouldn't be able to maintain or keep up with payments. This meant that he missed out on a sale, but he ultimately gained my trust and respect. I'd rather deal with a locally owned/veteran owned establishment than a big bank that would be happy to have put me in a contract on a property that gets me underwater.

Cold calling obviously off CRS to target potential listings with a completely rude and un-educated kid that insulted me before hanging up....real estate is all about relationships and reputation. Never hear of the guy and the voice mail his assistant left was a lie and it followed up with worse treatment after I returned the call. Don't USE this company!
