We have used House Vending in an emergency selling situation and then just a regular house purchase. Both times they were professional, listened to our needs, timely, friendly, spoke up for us when needed, and above all, truly seemed liked they cared. We will definitely use them again for future real estate needs!

A small town, family business with a very professional feel. These folks are very friendly, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. They will make you feel like more than a client, you'll feel like family. There are other realtors out there, but you won't get the same level of personal care that you'll get with House Vending. My family will not use anyone else!

HouseVending has been managing my rental properties for a long time. They are extremely professional and responsive. My husband and I do not live locally, therefore having this management company take care of all the necessary needs our rental properties require has provided us the freedom to be hands off. We are extremely happy with this company and will be using them for many many years to come.
