The ATM is ALWAYS non operational. Regions either needs to replace it with an updated one or put another ATM in another location as we only have one. This county is growing rapidly and Regions needs to keep up. People are talking about switching banks due to the lack of access we have to our money during non business hours.

I moved out to the south and wanted a bank with easy and accessible ATMs. Since the start of my account I repeatedly end up with issues of always being locked out of my account and each time you call customer service they always say they cannot help but I'm always referred to go to a branch. The branch hours are not accessible for individuals that work a regular 7-7 job. Also when you do go into some branches they are so busy so even if you have an appointment you are left waiting to be helped which one time was 45 mins. And I don't understand when I set up the account and already funded it with about $1500 and I wanted to do a mobile deposit - the app wouldn't let me do a mobile deposit. And then I tried to deposit into an ATM and I was told I needed to go into a branch to make a deposit. I do not understand why so incredibly inconvenient to bank. Also I was told I need to use my debit card for purchases otherwise they put like a hold of an account and send it in some type of version of a dormant account. I told them specifically when I set up the account I just want free checking and no payroll deposits so that I was going to fund the account and always maintain the $1500 balance required for free. With all these issues and inability to even log into my online account - I definitely am looking for other banks as I've never in my life been so inconvenienced. I do see myself moving to Truistt as these branch banking hours and always being locked out of my account is just too much. And I've brought up the multiple issues and nothing ever happens - no apology no following up so that I have to walk into a branch to ask if they have yet an answer for me. Do better Regions, I took worked for a CEO of a financial institution so if my small institution makes banking so much smoother, I don't understand why Regions can't.
