Shelly is an outstanding manager. I have been with BOFA for more then 20 years and she is the first representative of this bank to make me feel like a valued customer. She gave my issues her personal attention and delivered. I am very pleased.

I have never received such poor customer service from a bank in my entire life.
New Business customer.
Called the 800 number 3 times. 30 minutes on hold every single time.
Finally got through ONCE. Guess what... you cannot change the Pin number on your new debit card online or on the phone. We would have to drive 65 miles ONE WAY to an ATM to change the number. That's 130 miles round trip to Lebanon to change a number.
Cannot transfer $300k+ from US bank to this bank. Nothing works. Transfer errors out. Zelle has low limits. Try to connect banks...error. Mobile check deposit has low limits.
So....Called the local bank at Lebanon that is 65 miles away. No one ever answers the phone. It rang about 80-100 times. Keeps cycling back to main menu because no one is available.
THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT BANK OF AMERICA.
Do not open an account at Bank of America. run.

Shelly wolf is the worst bank manager ive ever dealt with. This bank is a joke. They have 1 teller every time I come in. BOA as a whole is just a terrible. Can't wait to switch to Wilson Bank & trust. I been standing in line four 45 min and it's like this every time.
