The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the staff is great. The General Manager (Jay Patel)is absolutely unprofessional , rude, and has no clue how to run a business . I don't even know where to begin .First off a couple weeks after being there I started being followed by the police every where I went and the manager pulled me into a room and basically asked me if I was a proustite(even though I left every morning at 5 to go to work) and said that "the police asked him about me" and "he didn't like the police watching his hotel" it got so bad that I went to the police department myself. The officer assured me that it was nothing against me but the hotel itself is known for young ladies prostituing out if it and advised me that they never ask him about me.then not even a few days later my mom and son was there while I was at work and he came and knocked on the door and said that my 4 year old son was laughing too loud. My mother apologized and told him that she would take him outside to play. His response very rudely was "no he is not allowed to play here if you want to play you need to go to a park." After paying well over $2,000 to tell my son he can't play when they knew he was with me when i checked in.Even after that I kept my cool and decided to stay until I could find a home for rent so, I didn't have to move from place to place. Now today I got a call saying that I hadn't paid my rent that we had to check out today which I had to explain numerous times that I was paid up until the next day before he finally figured out what he was doing. Then he proceeded to tell me that he had rented my room out for the weekend " because there computer didn't know I was staying" even though I told the front desk I would be paying up for the whole weekend and she assured me that they leave open rooms for people that have been staying here as long as i have and o even left him a voicemail letting him know as well that MONDAY (5 days in advance) and he decided to let me know the afternoon before I had to be out that he rented my room out. Not to mention one of the men at the end of our hall had bed bugs this week and from what I hear this is not the first case. Highly recommend you staying somewhere else and if you do stay keep your receipts or they will try to screw you out of your money and never trust that you will have somewhere to stay the next day because they will book it right out from up under you even though they will tell you and assure you that they won't. It is not worth the stress and disrespect.

So I stay here every time I travel here. The lady on second shift is very nice and is very and does a very good job at her job
