        The room was filthy. If we had not been so tired, we would have gotten our money back and left. The bed was impossible to sleep on. The pillows were lumpy and awful! The baseboards in the room and bathroom looked like they are NEVER cleaned. I was not comfortable even using the bathroom. It is not a place I'll ever stay again. I would sleep in my car on the side of the exit ramp first. The night desk clerk was friendly, but the early check out lady was rude. The location was okay.

      Thank you for your review.I apologize on behalf of the hotel and staff for not meeting your expectations. It's important to us that our customers have a good experience. Guest comfort is important enough that we have protocols in place to ensure customer satisfaction. Accordingly, the staff would have been happy to find you another room or refund your money, once you had a chance to inspect the room.There are a couple of things that I would like to understand better. You checked out after twelve hours, but you never mentioned anything to the staff. And, there are two very close hotels. Thinking of the way you describe the problems, I would have at least contacted the staff no matter how tired I was. So, I am left somewhat confused.I am sorry that you encountered problems during your stay, and I hope you will find an opportunity to give us another chance.

      Mr. Houle,I apologize, on behalf of the hotel and staff for the problem you had on your recent visit. We believe that travelers should have a clean and comfortable stay. I realize that you checked in late, but a call to the office would have allowed our staff to change your room.Please forgive me, but I wonder if there has been an error. Your review doesn't seem to be in line with spending eleven hours at the hotel.Again, please accept our sincere apologies for the problem you experienced.
