Terrible customer service. They refused to help us set up a new tank because the tank was not purchased from them (although the tank was given to us as a gift and was purchased from them originally). Would not recommend anyone waste their time here.

Aquarium Knoxville saved me today. I'm a newbie and have a lot of their equipment, plus a few starter guppies and corys. This afternoon I realized that 1) we have 12 new guppy fry as of sometime after 10 a.m.; (so we now have 20 total); and thennnnnnn . . . 2) after returning from a dog walk, to my horror, I found that our cat has severed the thermostat wire, either overnight or early this morning. The tank is way colder than normal, and I can't get a floating thermostat for two more hours.
I called the store in somewhat of a panic. I'm sure the wonderful gentlemen I spoke with could hear it in my voice. He gave me a crash course in tank piece parts and told me to turn up the heater to 78 degrees. So now I can breathe again after a mild "cardiac event."
The people at Aquarium Knoxville are the best. From my first time there to buy a tank and furnishings, and every encounter with them since, each employee has been friendly and helpful every step of the way. Thanks for the urgent advice today, Ralph!

Love the Aquarium store and all the staff. Ive purchased my tank and theyve installed it as well. They are super knowledgeable and helpful. I mainly deal with Phillip and hes been great at answering all my endless questions and directing me to what I need and dont. Definitely recommend.
