        I had such a pleasant experience at Ice Up Cryo in Knoxville, TN the other day. Casey was very friendly and helpful from the moment that I walked in the door. The place was really clean and decorated nicely. She answered every single one of my questions, and I had a lot. My 3 minute session in the cryosauna went by very quickly because she kept me talking and was reassuring throughout the whole time that I was getting “frozen.” One thing I noticed, that surprised me, was how soft my skin felt! Plus I was thrilled to feel much more mobility and lack of tension when turning my head from side to side. I highly recommend stopping by and checking things out. There is plenty of parking and it’s really easy to get to right off of Kingston Pike. They even have a mobile unit that can come to sports teams or athletic events!
