Halls Walk-In Medical Center

The staff in the front office were friendly, and everyone providing care is friendly too. They helped us with all of our concerns and had us taken care of! Would recommend, very thorough.

I've had some doubts and some issues with how Halls Clinic handles some things. I'm not saying the people are rude it's so unorganized. I do like Inman and Carylor have been good to me. I wish I could get them to really stop and listen to ALL things instead of making me go back time after time to do one issue at a time. I'm still waiting to hear back after I called last week for blood test results and other things... still no call. They say it's because I don't have a working number but there are numerous ways to get ahold of me. Look at the paper work I filled out and you can get me if yall would get organized. I like the place and the people are lovely and nice. I think it will improve... I want to stay with them... but I always leave with less answers and no relief from health issues. I need them but ....

I have been to the clinic at least 3 times. Every time we have had excellent service. This clinic will be sorely missed in this community. The staff was always nice and I liked the convenience of the location.

This office has seen a lot of changes in the past year, and all for the better. Inman is caring and will listen to you, empathize and work with you towards all your health goals. The staff is delightful and the renovations are going great. Please, understand that this is a new provider for the practice and know that Dr Hamm is no longer here. I travel from west Knox to be seen here and I wouldn't change it!
