Love the doctors hate the rules of the office. They refuse to see my older two kids and my infant on the same day. Only two siblings a day. What kind of rule is that. Twice they have refused to see my children when sick. They literally told me we dont see kids for the stomach bug. They both have been vomiting running fevers and body aches for five days. Not a stomach bug. If you have one child that never gets sick this is the place otherwise look elsewhere

My husband and I LOVE Jamie Byrum and nurse Jennifer for our kids. They are both so sweet and thorough even when the office is busy. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had been taking our 2 boys (ages 4.5 and 2) to Dr. Jamie since our oldest was born. We always loved her, but our children never had any problems, just routine well checks. We didnt realize her lack of knowledge and thoroughness until our oldest son started having some problems. She denied us a referral to an ENT when I expressed concerns that I thought his tonsils were swollen and the reason for his poor sleep quality. We even had a sleep study done on him, and it showed that he was having obstructive events throughout the night. Her nurse, Jennifer, was rude to me and argued with me when her and Jamie were both in the wrong. They acted so unprofessional. I stood up for myself and my child and then we were discharged as patients. They stated in the discharge letter that my behavior was rude and inappropriate. I ended up making an appt with an ENT myself, and the ENT said his tonsils were VERY swollen and needed to be taken out. I even got a second opinion from another doctor, and he also said they were very swollen. My son has also been recently diagnosed with autism, and Dr. Jamie always said he was fine and that he would grow out of any issues he was having. She never once gave any inclination that he may need to be evaluated. Being discharged as patients was the best thing that happened to us, because we were able to find another doctor for our children that is absolutely wonderful and very thorough. So thank you Dr. Jamie for the discharge!
