        Brandy is awesome! I needed to replace the battery in one watch, and I had another watch that needed to be resized. Brandy took care of both watches, no problem. She was really cheerful and friendly, and she patiently answered all my questions. She was very careful when handling my watches. She removed links from both sides of the watch band to make sure the latch would still close right in the middle of my wrist. Now my watch fits perfectly. That kind of attention to detail makes all the difference, in my opinion. Great customer service!
