        Every time I've been in the store I've had good service. The only thing I have to complain is my husband bought my ring there and there is a sales lady that keeps trying to get me to upgrade my ring. It's a beautiful and nice ring. I really like it and I keep telling her that plus I feel it would be an insult to him. It's not the size of the diamond (although it's a nice size) but the love and sentiment he felt when he picked that particular ring for me. I'll never change it.

        The salesman Mr. Coleman was courteous and really knew what his product was, my only disappointment was for kays to be a high end store there were two very loud employees which I later learned may have been management. I would have given 5 stars for my salesman himself.
