The most uncomfortable bed I've never slept in. After a long 13 hours in the car driving up from Florida, I was exhausted and ready for bed, but the bed is so uncomfortable I can't even get any sleep. The sheets are cheap cotton sheets so any movement has them sticking to your clothes. Imagine tossing & turning trying to get comfortable. Supposed to be a queen bed, but I'm sure it's a double. Probably the most uncomfortable bed I've ever tried to sleep in as a Marriot silver elite rewards member. I was supposed to stay a second night but will be finding a new place for the 2nd night so I can catch up on some decent sleep.
Pretty basic & disappointing for a Marriott overall. The towels don't match, no extra blankets, the kitchen is barely stocked with any dishes the bathroom is small anyway, so trying to use the closet from there is a joke since there's not even room to open the door. Poor design, dated furniture.

Well, my son and I were driving cross country my car broke down near Knoxville. I had my car towed to a dealership and chose this hotel because it was close.
The rooms are clean, and the service was beyond expectation. Fabricio at the front desk went out of his way to help me with finding food and letting me check out late so that I could get the car situation taken care of. He has been the shiny part of this trip and would make me 100% recommend this place.

The staff are great all staff house keepers managers all staff. We're going to really miss them when we leave. Good atmosphere and if something messes up rt there to fix it or if need assistance very respectful and on point. Best stay weve ever had anyplace.
Rooms: The rooms are well kept breakfast is great and prepared well . It's around alot of different things for fun eating business everything even the workout room and laundry is kept clean and makes you want to go back..
Nearby activities: Activity for family kids all kinds of restaurants and businesses grocery stores shopping anything you want very close
Safety: Safety comes first to these ppl always on point
Walkability: You could walk around or room to walk even near by parks or walk trails
Food & drinks: Breakfast is awesome along with drinks been there since October and would refer anyone to stay a long term or short term place to stay

Needed a place to stay with our dog. Very accommodating with clean rooms and a good breakfast included. The staff were exceptional in making sure our stay was comfortable. If we come through the area again, we'll definitely plan on staying there.
