Volunteer Mold and Indoor Air Quality

Bob was an amazing help! We had a contractor cut granite inside of our home which then contaminated our home with crystalline silica dust. Bob took the time to research our problem and do the proper testing! We are grateful for his help and guidance!

Bob was extremely professional and very thorough. I've been having indoor air issues for a long time and finally decided to get to the source. I was relived to learn it was not mold and Bob helped me understand where the real root of the issue was and it turned out to be a much easier fix than expected. We have a two year old and another on the way. We had a concern with an odor from our HVAC unit and moisture in our crawlspace. I spoke with Bob on Friday afternoon and he made time to come out on Saturday morning. He was on time, courteous, and very thorough. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. We are very pleased with his service and would suggest him to anyone with mold and air concerns.

I am a mother of three, a wife, a physician, and now one greatly humbled by mold issues. We used another inspector initially and they were good, but we decided to use Bob as our follow-up inspector for post-remediation testing, and I cannot be more thankful that we did. I thank the Lord for Bob. Bob discovered that we had Stachybotrys- which was missed by the initial inspector. He has literally walked beside me throughout the entire process, and trust me, I have asked him a TON of questions. He is AVAILABLE to talk with. This really matters in mold remediation! He is honest, dependable, trustworthy, and a bulldog- meaning he doesn't quit looking until it's figured out. He cares. He is also a great communicator with our mold remediation company who are also fantastic- Patriot. And no, he does NOT care about appeasing the mold company- he is for the client. Everyone needs a "Bob" in mold remediation. If you are in the Knoxville area, look no further! I sincerely could not recommend him enough. 12/10.
