Randy Lilly is the best when it comes to inspections! Not only is he personable and kind, he is very thorough and detail oriented which is exactly what I want for my clients! Very professional and easy to understand. Presented everything in a way that we knew exactly what we were looking at and what we needed to do next. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. We actually received our report on sight as soon as the inspection was complete. The report was detailed with pictures and he explained the report clearly for us to understand. We chose to use Lilly Home Inspections because he was the most experienced and is also a licensed building inspector. I would highly recommend Lilly Home Inspections.
