OK I think this one is the right one. I got my service here 8 months ago. Yes, they helped when I was without service, but the girl that set me up royally screwed up my account t and for 8 months I couldn't get in for any reason. Needless to say I was mad and at my wits end. I decided to change my service and the very next day OKSANA called me to ask if I wanted to upgrade. I told her of my woes with my account and how the previous agents didnt/couldn't help me. She asked me to come in, so I told her I was on my way. Let me tell t'all, OKSANA didn't give up on me. She called whomever she needed to call and got the issue straightened out. This girl needs a raise!!! I was not the best customer when I came in but she totally turned my experience with MetroPCS around!! I will say if I hadn't already moved my service, I would have upgraded to a new phone.

Barkeashi is always very helpful! Anytime I have an issue with anything I go straight to her or if I need anything I know she will always be able to help me out.
