I really like Jos. A. Bank. That is, all but this location. We were in town for a long weekend and needed to stop by to pick up a couple new blazers. We are frequent customers at our local store and expected the same quality service here. WRONG. As soon as we walked in wearing our shorts and t-shirts, the staff payed us no attention. When the one old, pompous a-hole finally gave us the time of day, he made it pretty clear that he didn't think we should be shopping in his store. He reluctantly helped pick out a few blazers that fit and then sat there looking at us like we were wasting his time while we spent a couple minutes debating which ones we liked. His attitude changed after we settled on purchasing $1K in sport coats. We were astonished at how rude these people were because they didn't think we could afford to shop there. Our local store sends us thank you cards for all of our business and this store treated us like dirt. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere where the staff will treat you like decent, paying customers.
