Everyone seemed very nice in store. We used this company for the tuxes for the groom, groomsmen, and fathers for our wedding. We asked for vests on several occasions and did not receive vests. Four of the people wearing the shoes had the shoes bottoms bust. Two of the men including the groom had the wrong fitting tuxes. We did let them know and they refunded us the money for each person which we are thankful for. Had this been prom or renting a tux for someone else's wedding we would not care as much however for us to be upset on our big day due to lack of service and lack of quality we are very disappointed. We will be warning friends and family against them and never using them again.

Surprised they staff a tailor. Nice perk when items need altering. Helpful lady employee.
