I was approached in the mall in Jackson, TN by a Mobile Best Buy associate. He offered me a 7" tablet for $1 and only $10 would be added to my monthly bill from Verizon. I was not satisfied with the tablet and was told I could return it within 14 days. I returned it 2 days later. I received my Verizon statement and the bill was $186.52 as opposed to my regular monthly statement of $104.15. I called Verizon and they contacted the rep at Best Buy and he had added a whole different plan in addition to my existing one. I was told several times it would only be $10, no surcharges, taxes, etc. Needless to say I will NEVER do business with Best Buy. I just hope my bill is adjusted properly.
