        The staff person who assisted me did a wonderful job! He was very friendly & helpful & my phone was back on in about 20 minutes. Thank you for providing good service in my time of need. Thank you all so much. And it is wise to keep people with his attitude & knowledge working with good pay.

        Ms. Morris was fantastic. She was super professional and knowledgeable in what she was doing. I really appreciated her help and how polite she was. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

        Rude workers. Takes 3 hours to do anything. Went in to outright buy a replacement phone. They say oh yeah just look around let me know what you're interested in. Yet amazingly EVERY phone I wanted it was, "were out of those" until I finally had to break purchase one of the stupid Samsung flips on payments because of course it was well over 1000.00. upon purchase I'm told I get 2 free screen replacements, plus I add Insurance on my phone. Fast forward 1 month I drop the phone from waist high in a case this causes the back to pop out of socket, in turn pushing a bubble into the screen. I walked into the store they essentially told me sorry about your bad luck. I was told they don't handle it, that I've got to come out even MORE money in order to replace the phone. 1 month old phone!!!
