Im extremely confused when I hear the word honest next to Sams name. I went to his shop to get some help to open my cars hood and had a great service until.. someone in the garage forgot to put back the oil cap on and my car was LEAKING to the point that I had to call out from work because I was too afraid to drive my car. Honest Sam said it wasnt them. No, accountability, no sorry, nothing. Lady at the front desk had a lot of attitude as well. Im definitely never going back there and I wish humble Sam could act like a normal human being and take responsibilities instead of acting like I was a fool the whole time.

Dropped my car off for what was initially thought to be a rattling noise in the exhaust. I was told that before any work would be done, Id get a call with a diagnosis and estimate of the work so that I could be informed and okay the cost. I received a phone call shortly after dropping it off saying that it was just my heat shield that needed to be pinned and that the work was already done. When I got to the shop, they charged me almost $60 for a half of an hour of labor for pinning the heat shield up. When I questioned the charge, the lady said she knew she said shed call to give an estimate and needed an okay to go ahead with the work but they just thought it would be a quick fix to do it. I did not okay them pinning the heat shield and charging me almost $60 (it also doesnt take a half hour to pin a heat shield). I could have brought my car anywhere else and had it pinned for a much lower cost, if not free of charge (Ive had this done at oil change places in the past and its always been a courtesy). This shop took advantage of me and performed work I did not okay and then charged me an insane rate for it. Disappointed because the shop seemed to have good reviews and thats why I chose to take my car here over other places, but that experience was horrible customer service. Please be wary of hidden charges. I will not be back.
