image I had a noon appointment and had to wait an hour to be seen. When I finally got to the waiting room I had to wait another 30 min before one of the women came in to speak with me. She talked to me for ~10 min before leaving me to wait another 30 min before Lynn Foley came to see me. Even though they had my medication history they kept prescribing me products I had already used.I really want these women to know that people like me (a black person) already feel that medical personnel care about us less than other people, so when you dismiss our concerns and act generally unconcerned about our well-being it makes us distrust the medical world even more.

image This office is a joke, every possible thing that could have gone wrong at a doctors office went wrong during my visit.The receptionist told me repeatedly that my appointment was at 10:30. When I arrived a little after 10, the receptionist told me that I missed my 9:30 appointment but they "would still squeeze me in."  This was my first visit, so I was confused when the receptionist had me sit down but did not have me fill out any paper work whatsoever. After waiting 30 minutes in the exam room, I noticed that "my chart" listed medications that first of all, I do not take and second of all, was never asked what medications I was on previously. I  thought that they had simply left another patients file open wide in front of me, which is a HIPPA violation and puts the patient's health information in jeopardy.Upon leaving, I was told to have a good day. I said, "Don't I need to sign anything or pay anything?" Then the receptionist replies, "Oh you thought you were just going to get this for free huh?" Come to find out, they thought I was someone else completely. My prescription had the wrong name on it, and they thought I was an existing patient and different person completely. If I had simply walked out like they wanted me to, I would have been completely unknowingly committing insurance fraud. Upon them scrambling to fix their problem, I paid my copay.One week later I get a call from the office. I assume it is my biopsy results. Nope, its the receptionist telling me I never paid my copay. The payment went through on my side, but they were still trying to get more money out of me.A couple days later I had to call them to get my results, they did not call me. I spent that week concerned they had sent my biopsy out under the wrong name, and was concerned with their competence to deliver me accurate results.Four months later I received a bill in the mail for the amount my insurance would not cover. Of course, due to the incompetence of the staff during my visit, I called to question the bill. When inquiring about billing policies and if it was standard to wait this long for a bill, the lady in the billing department told me to call my insurance and hung up on my face.MAIN POINT: If you are looking for a good dermatologist, stay far away from this place.

image They don't take Cigna really, this has got to be the first time I've called a place for services who doesn't take Cigna.
