Do not go here! I called and made my appointment on a Friday for the following Monday, gave all my insurance information so they could do what they needed to, got to the office and told me it'd be a $50 deposit in case insurance doesn't pay, saying it's in their financial policy that I signed. It is not. I had met my out of pocket max and told the front desk, they said "we don't do billing." They gave me the billing company's number and they couldn't help me because I had never been seen before. So instead of seeing me when I cleared my schedule to make this appointment, I had to leave without paying for something I wouldn't owe.

Over the weekend, I developed a personal emergency that came with a lot of pain; the first thing I did was call Wright Dermatology. They were in the network and I found them with Anthem's "in-network" app. I AM SO THANKFUL that Dr. Wright was the first one. They advised me they had same day availability, and I completed all new patient paperwork online (took me 15 minutes) and brought it into the office. I was checked in under 5 minutes and in the room in under 10 minutes. Dr. Wright and her nurse, Sarah, was efficient and responsive to me. Had a minor procedure that did not last long WITH a recommendation with another in-network doctor. She is an amazing dermatologist and I would absolutely trust her with your dermatology needs (even the embarrassing ones, like me ;) )

Please do not go here.. I was told I had to pay $50 dollars upfront when I was constantly telling them that I have a HRA account thru my insurance with $1200 available that covers all cost. They still refused to see me even when I called my insurance provider. This made me feel as though they were money hungry because they even said well if your insurance covers the balance we will refund you which makes no sense at all.

My son and I had a very nice visit with Dr. Wright. They got us an appointment 2 days after we called. Dr. Wright was very thorough with her diagnosis and our options. I will recommend this office to everyone I know!
