        We love Clarion Pointe in Gatlinburg. They are right on the strip. They have remodeled all of their rooms. The furniture is nice. The bathrooms have also been redone. They have walk in showers with rain shower heads. The rooms are always very clean. The staff is also the best. My husband and I travel for his job, and Justin is one of the best hotel clerks we have ever met. He is always so nice. He goes out of his way to make our stay perfect. Clarion Pointe is the only place we stay when we come to Gatlinburg. You won't be disappointed.

        Back to Gatlinburg!!! The hotel was great 7 months ago, so we came back to a hotel that has under gone a renovation. Yes there is still work to be done, but our room (321) was very nice, comfortable bed and great shower area. Thank you to Andre for his welcoming greeting at the front desk. Who needs yard work all the time. Stayed at Clarion Pointe , right in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg. Walk-able to enjoy all the shopping,wineries, moonshine, souvenirs, etc. Why we even went back to Margaritaville on day 2 and the bartender remembered us AND what we were drinking! Very impressive. The staff at this location was very nice. Thank you to Shane and Justin. Room was clean and comfortable. Cost of room was very competitive, nice pool, small workout facility. Full breakfast, which was lacking , but that is our opinion. We had a great time and will come back this way another time!
