        This cabin had just gotten a facelift, new floors and appliances, which was nice. However, housekeeping did not clean the half bath, did not throw out cigarette butts in ashtray outside, or clean banister (high touch surfaces). The bed is extremely uncomfortable. The carpet upstairs is also in need of a good cleaning. We did enjoy the ducks and proximity to Gatlinburg.

        Love the cabin and the community!! Perfect for 2 -4 people WITH your dogs. Great long deck with gate so dogs can hang outside and watch the ducks on the ponds. the 1st floor toilet had a bad leak. Called and maintenance came. Same leak next day. Lots of misc fees so beware. Other than that... awesome place
