I found out about McLaughlin Plumbing from a friend the night that a frozen pipe burst under my house; despite being a member of the Happy Hiller Club (which is supposed to guarantee same-day service), when I called Hiller they said they were too busy to help me until the next day. In sending out a text message to co-workers to see who could cover my shift to accommodate that appointment, someone recommended McLaughlin Plumbing. I called them, and they sent someone out that very same night! It was such a lifesaver! Because of McLaughlin Plumbing I was able to take a shower that night and not miss any work the next day. I've been using them for all my plumbing needs ever since!

I've never had better customer service than I had from Terry at McLaughlin Plumbing. He's gone above and beyond in many ways and it's one of the main reasons I recommend him to everybody.
