Mr. Armbrust,We are sorry that you’ve had a bad experience with the installation of your very custom shower enclosure. This was a rather large (92” wide by 96” tall), custom enclosure with the door hinging off a glass panel and included a transom over the door. All in all, there were 6 pieces of glass, and it is not uncommon to take multiple trips to get that large of a project installed and working properly.Our expectation with every project is that our client is happy when the project is complete, even if there were issues during the process. As you are aware, our client on this project is Reliance Construction. Wendy is a premier designer in Franklin, and a pleasure to work with. As with most construction / design companies, Reliance prefers that we communicate with them, and they, in turn, will communicate with their client, the homeowner. This keeps everyone apprised of the ins and outs of the project.Shower glass is understandably one of the very last installations at the end of a new home build, and by that time, most new homeowners are just ready for it to be done, especially if they’ve already moved in before the glass can be installed, which I understand is what happened here. While we understand and empathize with your frustration, we still want to do what we can to make sure you are satisfied, so we’ve reached out to Wendy for more information.

Josh, We're terribly sorry that you had a bad experience. Normally, there are not so many issues with a project, and when there are issues, we work extra hard to make it right, so that you are completely satisfied in the end. We are sorry as well that your timeframe did not allow us the opportunity to make things right, it is never our intention to leave a dissatisfied customer.
