Waited over an hour in the waiting room for a routine mammogram. Didnt even stay as I had booked 1.5 hour between that and my next appointment. Waste of time.

I had a frustrating experience there today. I was scheduled through a different office - that office left me a voicemail saying my imaging appt was today at 12:30 (I still have the voicemail that very clearly specified the date and time several times) so thats when I arrived. I signed in and waited and waited they dont greet everyone there, you sign in and you wait. After 30 minutes of waiting, I asked someone at the front desk if theyd check me in soon she didnt even ask my name, just said theyd call me when theyre ready - she wasnt friendly or helpful, at all. So I waited longer. It took an hour for them just to check me in. Then I had to wait longer to go back for a mammogram and I wasnt the only one, many others had very long wait times today 1 hour and 45 minutes after my appointment time I was finally getting the mammogram once back there, she said my doctor didnt actually have a follow-up appt scheduled, but that it was tomorrow. I asked if the imaging appt was even scheduled for today and she didnt know. Thankfully they worked it out and got me in. The staff there is very kind with exception to the person I spoke with at the front she could have saved me all of that time that was wasted. Long story short, my doctors office had me down for the wrong day, but no one at the imaging center told me that. Thankfully they worked it out (without informing me of what was going on), but. They need an in-person check in from the get-go, not a paper sign in list - or at the very least, an electronic check in system. In addition, the long wait time is ridiculous. I wasted SO much time in that office today waiting. It is a problem that needs to be addressed.
