The lady who performed the ultrasound examination in November was friendly and professional. It was the first time my husband and I got to see our baby, so we were so thankful to have a pleasant and happy experience. The other place we went to later on was very unpleasant due to the staff, so I am thankful for our experience here.

We had an appointment and Lorie at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. I cannot thank her enough. My wife had a scheduled appointment for another day and different location which took a while for insurance to approve. Lorie worked with her team and worked my wife in same day since we were already there. Thank you!!

Terrible process. Appointment for 12:30, arrival scheduled for 12:15, actual time of arrival was 12. Began the check-in process at 12:04. The woman who checked me in at the 2nd window was not tech savvy. Tried to check in the wrong person as me. Its now 1:18 and Im still waiting, and same woman came up to me to say theyll be with me shortly. She forgot to finish checking me in and now Im at the mercy of they have to fit me in. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Only reason I am here is its whats under insurance. Next time, Ill pay for better service out of pocket.

Front desk lady The student ultrasound tech made me cry. She made me cry because I have severe anxiety in medical places because of bad experiences I had and she was short with and wouldnt talk to me about what she was looking at like other ultrasound techs have done before that help ease my anxiety. I even had a panic attack. I and the actual ultrasound tech couldnt find my thyroid nodules that was found when I lived in Memphis so now I will probably have to redo it somewhere else. Im am neurodivergent I have Turners syndrome. It makes me so sad I guess because Im different makes people hate me. I dont know what it is about me that makes people hate me. The Ultrasound Technician probably purposefully messed up my ultrasound because I didnt want the student practicing on me and because I had a panic attack. It is evil to punish patients like that.
