Scott Koon - State Farm Insurance Agent

When it comes to insurance providers, I always felt indifferent. That is, I need insurance that will do the job when it comes to protecting/covering x. Whether it is this or that provider, I did not really care. However, my experience with Scott Koon at State Farm in Franklin has changed my tune. Scott is personable, knowledgeable, and seems like he actually cares about finding me the best deals and coverage. Thanks to Scott, I no longer feel indifferent. Highly recommend.

Scott has been the absolute best! He's the type of guy that comes over to help us after we had a water pipe break and needed to clear everything out of the room. He literally did that. Our family is so grateful for Scott and how he's treated us since we moved here last year.

Best agent ever. Met with each of our new drivers and detailed what to do for: 1) new drivers 2) friends in car 3) distracted driving 4) what to do in a loss 5) gave personal contact info. to call for any questions or help any time. Then at auto claim time- staff was responsive, helpful, and regularly keeps us informed on changes. You will not be disappointed with this business..

We recently relocated to Tennessee and met with Rebecca from Scotts team to talk auto and home insurance. Not only was Rebecca able to save us almost $100 a month but she also found major things that werent covered under our previous insurance company! Very knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful.
