All of the staff at Bruce Smith State Farm in Franklin, TN are FABulous!! I have always had professional service, along with countless smiles. Most recently my daughter was in a car accident that occurred out of state. Eve Dutton answered my phone call late on a Friday afternoon and was extremely caring and helpful. She helped to put me at ease and took immediate action. The result was a more than fair payout of my daughter's vehicle in a timely manner. Thank you Mr. Bruce Smith, Mrs. Denise Smith, and Mrs. Eve Dutton for always caring about the person FIRST. My daughter, Kate, and I are blessed to have you all as our friends, as well as our insurance providers.

I filed a claim for roof damage after a bad windstorm. I was getting the runaround from the SF adjusters they sent out and the claims specialist that I was assigned. The adjusters stated they would only pay for replacement of half of my roof and 13 shingles on the front of my home. It was ridiculous! The same new shingle didn't match my roof today because of age and fading. It looked terrible! I contacted Bruce Smith and he elevated it to higher management and State Farm revised my claim and ended up paying for replacement of the entire roof. Thank you Bruce for your diligence in getting this claim resolved in the correct manner! You and your staff have taken care of me and my family for many, many years!

I have been a customer for many many years (approximately 20 years). I have noticed the last few year's that I haven't received the assistance and cooperation that I once received from this office.
