The service and ambience of the place was very good. The only problem was the food. I had high hopes for this place as it looks very nice and well kept. I got the buffalo Mac n cheese. Within the Mac n cheese there was a slice of uncooked cheese. I also found various things that werent supposed to be in there such as lettuce, other forms of noodles, and one singular green bean. Slightly disappointed.

We had a large party of 30+ and EVERYTHING was AMAZING!!! Service was superb, food was the best and the whole experience was spectacular!!!

Our server was Sydney. Never introduced herself never checked on us and then gave us our check halfway through dinner. We understand this process during Lunch people have limited time but dinner? Brought this to the managers attention upon leaving he was understandable kind and caring he wanted us to share this with a I believe a district manager who was there tonight we said fine. He came out uncaring attitude with an assurance that Sydney will change in a couple of months! Sorry but her attitude job performance and customer service was inexcusable. How did she get through orientation? We had gone for dinner the night before and everything was 5 star. Extremely disappointing follow up

Very nice restaurant, you can tell it gets packed; we had reservations for 5:45, and there was already some people waiting on a Wednesday night. Service was good, food was even better, and the ambience was very nice with some live music singing very close to us, with good options of guitar music. All four dishes seemed pretty good, no complaints from any of the group; we had a shareable pretzel with cheese, which was very tasty and right out of the oven. All dishes were very appealing, since we had a pasta dish, it came with garlic bread. The dessert was on spot, also warm, right out of the oven along with vanilla ice cream. Good choice when visiting Smyrna or Nashville. Parking: Plenty of parking, its a standalone building within a shopping center. Wheelchair accessibility: Seating and parking available, you would need help by someone opening the door though

Today, on March 22nd, 2024, my spouse and I dined at Granite City in Nashville where we encountered a delightful server named Gala, whose name I hope I'm pronouncing accurately. She was incredibly friendly and well-versed in the menu. I urge everyone to visit the restaurant and enjoy a fantastic dining experience.
