      image What a joke. I asked for a certain kind of business insurance and was told allstate offers it. Well 7 days later I find out they do not and were trying to pass off another type of insurance. Thanks for wasting a week of my life. No one ever answers the phone. Go else where

      image I was just on the phone with Allstate's claim services and asked why I would have to pay a deductible for an accident that was clearly not my fault. The Allstate agent replied "well if your cousin broke your phone you'd still have to pay the deductible to gey a new one even though you didn't break it right?" I will gladly be suing Allstate soon and leaving reviews for all to see.
