        I booked a 12 ft truck for a one way carrying all my belongings from Tennessee to Texas. The day before I travel back to Tennessee to get the truck, they gave my rental to someone else and TOLD me they were giving me a van. A van! I was moving 2-3 rooms of stuff, and I needed to get all of my things in one trip to Texas. They then tried to charge the same rate for the van as they did the truck. This whole move costs me around $1000. All of my things clearly won't fit, and I can't leave behind my things or pay for storage. These people are clearly not sympathetic either. Lessened the rate by little, but not enough for me to lose some of my belongings. I arrive fresh off a 12 hr drive to unfriendly staff. They old guy was dry and uninterested in talking. The lady walked past and never said a word. A 12 ft truck and a van sat side by side, and I guess the lady who was there was given the truck I actually ordered. I hate Penske. I'll use Hertz or Enterprise for my moves in the future. All my money and time wasted on them lying about my rental. Shame!

        Easy to drive, sturdy and reliable.. would have give it a five but there was no windshield washer fluid a d the truck was dirty. Dies not get good gas mileage but would use again cause it felt safe.
