OH MY... This place is absolutely the best place to stay in Chattanooga. Erica who was working the front desk and was so friendly and simply wonderful. Jodi who worked the Bar was exactly the same. They both treated us like family. Before we leave Chattanooga we're going back by to hug them. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. We found our 2nd home when we're in Chattanooga. My only complaint is I wish we could give it a 10 star rating. Rooms: Rooms were very clean and beautiful. Walkability: There are so many places you can simply walk to.

Location INFO::: please do yourself a favor and type the street address directly into maps and look for The Downtowner ::: Now with that out of the way. Our room was clean. The front desk clerk Erica (I hope I have that correct) was absolutely lovely. We felt safe and well enough connected to our college aged child living at UTC. It was also nice to see security in the later hours actively keeping an eye out for anything/anyone that may not belong. Looking forward to our next stay when the weather may be steady enough we can enjoy the pool. Walkability: Close to a bit of everything within a 10-15 minute walk. We really enjoyed the location to then meet in the middle from the local college.

Cute little retro motel with comfy beds, great service, the suite was huge, and the staff was friendly and helpful! Perfect location to walk to convention center and downtown Chattanooga!
