Staff very helpful and good spirits Brandon and jameka were amazing at the front desk! And staff we had a great trip!

The only con is that the parking out back is shared with the museum and it was full so we parked in the garage. We didn't need to drive since the location is amazing! If you have young kids, this is a great hotel. So close to the kid's museum next door, a few blocks from the aquarium, and every night we've been here there has been a family friendly in the field next to the aquarium. Free bus that goes up and down town (look for the "Choo Choo" sign on the bus) and the stop is very close to the hotel. The rooms get pretty dark for nap time and they have pack and plays for toddlers. We're HH members and get $20 for food daily. Ask for berry pancakes with whip cream for the kiddos. Small pool but we didn't mind. Stayed at Marriott for work last month I was in town but this location is better!

We had schedule a 2 night stay at this hotel. When we arrived around 6pm, the computer systems were down. We left for dinner and left our luggage with the front desk. We returned around 8:30pm and the computers were still off line. The staff was unable to find the type of room we had reserved via a manual check of rooms. We need a room with 2 beds as there were four of us in our reservation. The only type of room available were king beds. Our traveling party consisted of myself, my wife and our two teenage boys. While we understood the difficulty the staff had due to computer issues, not being able to check into the hotel and start getting ready for bed was an unwelcomed experience.
While most situations like this probably elicit complaints, I would like to compliment the General Manager at the property, Michelle Malone. She was most tactful, understanding and made what could have been a very difficult situation into nothing more than some small inconveniences. What a great hotel based on an experience where we did not even get to stay! Our next trip to Chattanooga we will return to this hotel because of her.
Since we didn't stay in the rooms, my room score isn't appropriate, but location and service are top notch!
Walkability: Just a block or two from the Aquarium and lots of dining options.
