Three Stars really under rates this Hotel and Staff.. Excellent Stay, Dream Beds, Large TV's, Excellent Facilities, Helpful and Friendly Staff.. The only way you can go wrong is not staying here.

Hotel was very nice. Close to mall and restaurants. Only a 20 min ride to Ruby Falls. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for two days, 4-5 July 2013.
CHECK YOUR BILL!!! This Sheraton is still ironing out the bugs. Charged me $29.61 on the hotel bill for food and beverage service, but there was no such service. I did assign one breakfast to my room for $7.87. That, plus the $2.00 I left on the table equals quite a tip for someone!!! Since I left in advance of receiving the final bill I'm not going to try to get back my $21.00. Caveat Emptor...
Hotel is brand new - so new it's not even listed on the Sheraton home page yet. The staff is VERY nice, and the rooms are nice and clean, although I could hear almost everything from the rooms next to me. Conversations, water running, etc.
Plenty of free parking, and restaurants all around. I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again (but will check the bill first next time).
