Thompson & Lett Eye Care

After having a very bad almost horrible experiance with the lady that does the glasses/lenses orders. I was put in touch with Amber who also takes care of glasses/lenses. I explained to her how bad of customer manners and service I had with the other lady(eye rolls, telling me I didn't know what I was talking about, they don't do PD measurements and so on). After talking to Amber she made me feel so much better about staying with Thompson and Lett Eye Care. Amber has been extereamly kind, listens to every concern and truely cares. She has went the extra mile to help get my glasses perfect. People like Amber should have high praise for doing such and amazing job. The other lady should be assamed of how she treated a customer.

Had a great experience with the office staff and Dr Carden. He took plenty of time with me, and seemed genuinely interested in me as a person. He had answers for all my questions and seems to know his craft well. Thanks for the very positive experience.

They saved my eye sight and from me having a detached retina. After I started seeing floaters, they recommended me to see a specialist. Ended up getting laser surgery and now my eye sight is so much better and Im no longer bleeding in my eyes.

I've been seeing Dr. Thompson since moving to Chattanooga almost 4 years ago and I always receive the best experience with him. The staff are so kind and helpful and always are happy to assist with your needs. I could not recommend a better optometrist in the area!

Dr Thompson was extremely helpful and a very kind person. his staff was also very professional as well.
