Great food, lots of options, including vegetarian options. Desserts are amazing! Prices are good and worth every penny! Almost every star member is a friendly face you'll see next time you come in or order.

Ordered through DD on 01-30-22 and left my review on DD which they rejected (not sure why). It read as follows: Green peppers on cheese steak were barely cooked. Fries were literally burnt. First and last time eating here. I cannot believe they let this food go to a customer.

Every time I give Valentinos another chance, I regret it. It never fails that my order is wrong. Tonight, they left out an order of cheesy garlic knots and after working all day and going home, no one wants to drive back out for the correction. The last time I ordered I was given long plain, disgusting breadsticks instead of the cheese breadsticks I ordered online. The time before that, I waited 15 minutes for two ladies to figure out how to work an iPad and take my money while my food sat on the counter getting cold. The time before that, I got a pizza that was burnt on the bottom. I hate leaving bad reviews but at some point there has to be some accountability.
Im updating the review to reflect the apology I received. Ultimately, it isnt easy to run a business and I respect and appreciate the effort the manager made to rectify this. The purpose of my review was for management to see and make corrections, which I was assured they are doing.
