Stewart Title Company Tennessee Division

Very negative experience dealing with people in both the Brentwood and Mt. Juliet offices. I consider them to have very poor customer service skills with both other title companies and sellers by not being willing to work with customers around their needs and making things harder or more complicated, than they truly or legally have to be. If something is not done how they want/expect then you are just in the wrong, or you may even be told your attorney is wrong by a non-law degreed individual. There are several better options out there for your closing needs. Do your research.

They do a wonderful job so I never have to worry about the closing statement being incorrect.

I am very grateful for Stewart Title's willingness to work so hard to help us finalize closing on our first home. In particular, I want to say a very big thank you to Tonja and Buddy for helping us after business hours. The (now previous!) owner of our new home was threatening to pull out of the deal at the last minute unless we could close by the end of the week. Tonja and Buddy sealed the deal for us by working on Good Friday even though their office was closed! They were highly professional and really cared about helping us with our home. We were so anxious when the seller made things difficult at the end but Stewart Title was so responsive. I highly recommend them!
