Bankers Title & Escrow Co

Over the past week, we had the opportunity to use this title company again to close on our house. When using Bank of Dickson to finance, this title company comes recommended which was how we found them. They have multiple locations in Brentwood and Dickson but mainly signed at Brentwood. The previous times the agents were upbeat, friendly and downright excited for you us, I mean after all we are buying or selling a house, major news correct. This past week we had (name) as the closing agent for selling the house. He was polite and on time which was excellent. Besides that he really had no personality or could care less during the interaction. There was no mention of a $12 fee to wire money to Bank of Dickson even though he knew exactly what was going on. He mentioned numerous times that he had no clue what was going on and if I had any questions to call the Dickson branch. Thank you Luke for not caring or being prepared. I guess the $4000 that the Title Company makes was not enough to care or research what was going on or even better act like you care about the transaction. Sadly this was mentioned more than once during the transaction. He said they were letting us sign as a courtesy to the Dickson location. Which is fine but you sure made us aware, thank you. On a good note the money was sent over and received the same day. I had to follow up with once issue and I just used the Dickson branch to get it all fixed. Overall not a horrible transaction but clearly not a 5 star. I was glad that the transaction did not take long to complete and they were able to make copies very quickly.

*UPDATE* Ive lowered to one star because they did not pay anything in a timely manner. Theyve cost us extra time and money because of their incompetence. Not a great experience and were out extra money we didnt need to be if theyd had their stuff together.
