We started our orthodontic journey with Dr. Alex a couple of months ago, and we have had an absolutely amazing experience. Being a dentist myself, I especially appreciate that Dr. Alex is very hands on and personally delivers a high quality of care. He is great with my child, and knows how to put him at ease. Dr. Alex is well versed in current orthodontic research, and always presents us with the most up to date treatment options. I know my son is in great hands! We really enjoy a smaller, patient- oriented practice that works with our schedule!

Everyone here is so so lovely! They were able to fit me in on short notice to repair a broken retainer. Its nice to have staff work with you to find the best solution possible. Not once did I feel like they were trying to sell me on anything I wasnt comfortable with. The doctor also explained everything that he was doing in tons of detail which I loved. I highly recommend this office and will definitely be coming back with any future needs. Super friendly staff in a clean, well run environment!

Dr Alex recently took care of a patient of mine who was in Tennessee visiting family over the holidays. Mom called in a panic, because she had tried several offices in the area who would not see them to help fix an expander that had gotten loose. Dr Alex was able to bring them in right away and helped them out of a tough situation. If you're looking for a compassionate, hard-working Orthodontist, definitely give Genuine Orthodontics a call!
