Dr. Lucas front staff is basically perfect! They are welcoming, efficient, kind and diligent.
The office space is adorable with plenty of parking.
Back staff was great as well with thorough explanation of procedures and after care.
We went in for initial consultation and a week later our daughters upper brackets were placed.
In this day and age when customer service and efficiency is not always present they didnt miss a beat here and were stellar.
I am a physician and my sister is a dentist and so clinical office settings are very familiar.
They were really near perfect. My daughter was not scared one bit.
