The lobby is closed reasons unknown. Only one drive thru lane open. They are allowing customers do banking that require assistance from others than the teller. I sat in line for over 30 minutes twice now. No apologies from the teller. Unacceptable!

They do not freeze your acc when a fraud has been committed, and they have claimed that I approved 200 dollars for some sexy body mess and refuse to give it back. I’m a single mom and barely make enough to by and that 200 was going towards 300 work of bills that I am now screwed on. Don’t waste your time going to regions. Go to Trustmark.

The line is going all the way to the door. The tellers was slow it took 30 minutes just to make a deposit.. they need more help or faster workers

Very reliable and friendly banking experience. Recently upgraded "smart deposit" makes for quick deposits and withdrawals (especially compared to the old machine.) The staff has been very helpful and they make you feel confident in their ability to handle money.
